PI-Excel is a comprehensive “4 by 4 ” audit of your current PI Business. In this Audit, which is a 2-week to 4-week intensive study, we will cover the following four parameters for People, Process, Technology, and AI Adoption for the following four critical areas

and submit a one-page Red Amber or Green status of this 4 *4 matrix, along with a suggested action plan.
